Transfers SJU May Get Involved With

i can't take all this code talk anymore.....how do we look on any of these guys? what happened to using good ole fashion percentages ? lol....Heron coming here is 90% a lock. thats something id like to hear. Paultz i love ya man but give us some more bro :)

Heron has not yet indicated he is leaving Auburn. I noted before I heard staff would be very interested if he decides to leave. That's it.

Matt Abdelmassih‏ @mabde33

Chance favors the aggressor #SJUBB

Initially was really excited by this, but then realized the guy's name is Chase Jeter and not Chance Jeter. All these rich white boy names sound the same to me these days.

I know we need a big body but seems the transfers we are looking at none are high level players being all listed as 2* this is ok if we get top players from high school and blend with our current core to create a team playing concept which can get us to the NCAA

Houston has landed 6'7 240 PF Nura Zanna, a grad transfer from LIU-Brooklyn, source told ESPN. Had 15 double-doubles this season. Per Goodman

Praying this means that Matt has something equal/better in store for us and never really pursued Zanna, and not that he whiffed on a local mid-major.

I have no knowledge of whether we pursued him or not. It is possible we decided not to pursue or we did and whiffed. He is originailly from Africa and played all his prep ball in the US in Florida, so maybe he wanted to go somewhere "warm" Like Sima ;)

Nikola Scekic will likely visit St. John's this weekend. 7-2, 250-lb C to visit Ohio next weekend.

It will be interesting to see what "likely visit" turns out to be.

Hopefully turns into a verbal for Ohio

Maybe this is Matt's weird way of getting another kid on the fence to pull the trigger.

For a transfer that has to sit a year, I would love to see us get 6'8" Isiaha Mike. This kid would be a great addition.

The kid on the fence is already on the team. The bigger question is will we have only one player over 6'7 next year.
Matt better earn his LSU bonus $. ;)

Illinois confirms that releases have been granted to ESPN 100 center Jeremiah Tilmon and four-star guard Javon Pickett. Maybe ?

Per SEC Country website, Missouri is the likely landing place for Tilmon.

Hutch plays a run n gun game so his minutes are a reflection of that style. Where he played more minutes he was more productive. His 40 minutes ppg would be 15 pts and 8 rpg.p if you are a fan of forecasting.

Nakye Sanders of Duquesne (6'8", 225 lbs) averaged 5.9 rebounds and 1.3 blocks in 19 minutes in the Atlantic 10 Conference. In 40 minutes would be 12.4 rpg.

And, for Moose, he´s local ;)

I love local transfers. It's kids who didn't listen to Gonzalo and went away to school and now want to come back ;)
