I’m sorry but in college you want two guards who can handle the ball, initiate offense, and create for others. Storr was great at scoring. Aside from that the only position he had a chance at guarding successfully was bigger wings. He’s a 3. Him and Jenkins are not similar style players. Not substitutes for each other.

I wouldn’t say Storr was great at scoring, but he was certainly one of the more capable offensive players in our anemic half court offense. He was/is also very athletic although he didn’t rebound particularly well.
 
Yes Basketball is a game of two halfs....but lets not forget Iona was the only team to be leading Uconn at half ...heck them & St. Marys who was a top 25 team all year were the only teams to even compete with Uconn in the tourney all the other games were over at halftime. Iona kept it under 10 until the 8 min mark of the 2h.

Anyone who watched that game know Uconn won the game with Sanogo and Clinigan scoring at will down low. The guy Baldi trolling on twitter has been a troll for years and always will be.

These guards with Soriano and the right pieces around them will be fine in the big east.

With a better coach those 2 might have been difference makers. The Anderson methods have to be accounted for. He was a terrible coach….
 
Storr was criminally limited minutes wise early by the staff and made it known he wasn’t happy about it. Rick or not, he was most likely headed out the door

He will be an excellent 4 year player. Exactly the type of freshman you want at a school. He played well in a very good league. We shouldn’t short him bc he left

Larry , you seem negative on Clayton jr and Jenkins as a potential Backcourt combo
Pitino has said Jenkins could have started for him at L’ville . Clayton jr is highly valued by a number of other programs .

Correct and how do we know the staff is not in discussion with Kyle ? We don’t and there are numerous kids the staff is involved with that have not been mentioned on this board.
Be patient, this staff knows what they are doing.

Not questioning the staff at all RMN, questioning KCJ not hitting the portal but did not know he was injured this year.
