I can understand being recruited over, but if he's going to a top tier school, that's going to be a yearly risk for him there as well. He handles pressure well on the court, I can't see why his competitive nature wouldn't have been to fight for time like I'm sure he'll have to do elsewhere. Maybe it's as simple as that he not going to get the playing time he thinks he deserves. His perogative, wish him well.

Future All American/NBA player? What exactly did he do this year to convince you of this? Shows the lack of quality players we've had to anoint Storr as either one of those things.
 
If you don’t think Pitino saw these kids play multiple times this year on Fox TV, I don’t think you understand what a basketball lifer Pitino is. He knows what they can and can’t do on court.

The talent on this team needs a major overhaul.

I’m sick and tired of being a conference bottom feeder. We were not there the better part of the last 30 years because we were signing talented player after talented player.
 
Have King and Storr entered the portal or is this just some internet "influencer" building on Stanley's entering. After all some "guru" reported Zach Edey entering to which Zach tweeted "My sources are telling me this is false".

Pitino said he spoke with people before the press conference (probably Van) and that is where he got that square peg in a round hole from. He knows what he is doing.

So you want to keep a Big East team that had problems competing in the BE versus trusting a coach who's won multiple NCAA trophies on how to build a BE team? Think I'll trust the latter!
 
Hate to see Storr go but I am totally confident we will be adding good players soon. I wish Storr luck he was one of the few bright spots this year. Brando is going to be crushed about Kolby King lol but he also showed flashes this year he will be a solid contributor wherever he ends up.
