I still go back to Ricks introductory press conference. He mentioned 2 kids, Joel and Drissa. He did not mention anyone else on the roster, no recruits etc. He kept the 2 kids he wanted here. If Rick truly wanted any of these other kids, they would be here.

Makes you wonder if RP didn’t see enough in him to work the back channels for a NIL deal that would have kept him in the fold. At the end of the day, until we get going, there will be a finite amount of NIL $ to spread around…like anything else it comes down to price-performance…if RP is committed to swinging for fences, this year, he may be saving big NIL $ for players that he feels can accelerate the renaissance this year.

Honestly if Anderson is doing the recruiting , do we really want them? Who would pass on a hall of fame coach that can most likely buy you a ticket to the nba if you're good. Gardner , good luck kid.
