Logen took issue with our effort in the uconn game, not getting to loose balls and such

The more I’ve watched Spencer I just think he has some innate ability to get to rebounds and loose balls. It’s like he knows where the ball is gonna be before it is there

Well when you call someone a big oaf and say team is doing better without him doesn’t sound like you think he’s a good basketball player 😂
The airball he just threw up on a turnaround hook is precisely my point about him. He’s not good if he’s even slightly defended. Luckily for him when you’re 7+ feet you get a lot of easy lay ins and dunks. But if he’s asked to put any touch on his shots… he will miss.

That’s my problem with him. His defensive impact speaks for itself

Seems like your point is that he’s just not all that skilled which is fairly reasonable. But if I’m drafting a college basketball team with players from this season the only player I’m taking ahead of him is Edey. Nobody else impacts the game on both ends like they do

I hear you. I can’t say I fully disagree with that take. His defense and screen setting alone is immense impact.

I just can’t stand a 7+ footer screaming in peoples faces after getting easy dunk after easy dunk when he bricks any shot that takes an inkling of skill

the fact that Edey can go 40 minutes is the only thing that makes the championship game interesting. Samson Johnson will need play like he did tonight and huskies will be fine

This entire tournament is complete BS. EVERYTIME I see Yukon beat the crap out of a team and remember how tough we played them it just pisses me off. We wait years for a competitive team, win 6 of our last 7 and have a team that can actually win some games in the tournament ( not Mullins team who didn’t even finish at 500 in conference) and we don’t get an invite??????

Clearly, even with Yukon, the league has an image problem and a commissioner who is not up to the task.

Once again, I call BS and hope the conference ADs get their $hit together and find a legit commissioner who will bring more cred to this league.

Anderson beat UConn by 11 in Hartford last year. This team wasn’t beating anyone in March. We had 1 win against the entire tournament field.

You guys are so easily impressed by a 7+ footer blocking shots. I see an unskilled big who coasts off size and athleticism.

Good college player and defender, yes.

But considering he’s a lottery pick in most mocks I’ve looked at, I will maintain that he’s overrated
I take him on my team any day of the week and twice on Sundays. He is just a sophomore and bigs that size usually take longer to develop. He is better this year than he was last year and is not a finished project. Pros pick a lot of times on potential and he has it.

We played UConn within two possessions in the BE tournament. Anderson beat them when UConn had lost 5 in a row. If you don’t see the difference you should find a different sport to follow. We beat a good Seton Hall team (who also should have gotten an invite) by 17 points. This team was playing very well at seasons end and wound have won at least one or two games in the Dance.

Your assessment of the teams chances are almost as poor as your assessment of Danis Jenkins, the best lead guard this program has had since Marcus Hatten.
