Would be truly interesting (altho the BE powers that be would never go for it) to have a BE regular season game at the Greensboro Coliseum or some other public arena in ACC territory. Kinda just "firing for effect" thing. I know....blue sky.

No. I have to sit and watch a Davidson basketball game with him next season. Those things are painstakingly awful. I wish I could just give him lunch money.

They may still make the tournament, but Syracuse going down early will hurt attendance at the very least.

Especially if the Cuse getting in, is at the expense of Illinois State, or Monmouth. Those two teams are way more deserving, IMO.
 
None of this should matter to us if SJU is a top 25 team and actually winning in the next 2+ years.

I understand we are all ticked off and rightfully so on "outsiders" claiming to be the NYC Team or encroaching into our territory but unless we are competitive soon we really can't blame these "outsiders" from trying to capitalize. The program is partly to blame.
 
Laughable after today. Still more games to play, but we had a much better showing overall. Syracuse going down will hurt big time. They better hope for Duke in the finals.

Not saying Lunardi isn't pretty accurate. But remember he works for ESPN, and ESPN is business partners with the acc.

Palm has them out. They are clearly on the bubble. I'd rather reward Monmouth than slide in cuse.

Maybe Cuse can figure out how they can play on the same floor with a St. John's team. They are the ones coming off two embassing losses. We should drop Hopkins and his team from the schedule and replace them with a better New York program - Iona.
 
Syracuse should NOT get in. 18-14 and RPI in the 80's. Their are much more deserving teams. Lunardi and the Committee have got to stop the ACC BS.

RPI in the 80's is outrageous for a team on the bubble. There are teams with RPI's in the 50's that have to sweat it out and probably won't make it.

Cuse lost to SJU, Georgetown and UCONN this year. Three bad losses, not to mention they lost to BC in conference. Plus they were terrible on the road and neutral sites.
 
Hopefully the glue from that horror show sitting on top of Lunardi's head is simply toxic and seeping into his brain, and not that he has inside info on how the majority of committee members will vote. Syracuse getting in would be a disgrace.
 
Hope Cuse doesn't get in but RPI not a factor. They look more to top 50 wins and bad losses. Besides what does RPI stand for-Ridiculously Poor Information?
