Thaddeus Hall, SG - SOUTH CAROLINA

my question is how do these kids stay eligible to stay on their high school teams? i remember you had to atleast have a C average to play in High School.

QUalifying for NCAA eligibility, and qualifying for a high school diploma are two different things.

Be nice for this kid and us if he can find a way to qualify. If not I'm sure we'll keep tabs next season while he preps.

understood, but i think a C average + average score on SAT should be enough for STJ.. i read the article NYDN and it says he is taking the SAT soon, maybe his previous scores haven't been high.. don't know just speculating.

Dpnt mean to sound like a broken record but would love to see him at SJU for multiple reasons.

I too would love to get this young man.

His story is a St. John's story reminiscent of the poignant tale of Rob Thomas.

I know he's just a kid, but I don't like hearing that sorta thing after a game unless there was some sort of blantant situation mentioned in the article to support the claim, like the UNC-Ashville-Cuse deal or Xaiver-ND finish.

Like you said though, just a kid after a heartbreaking game. The agony of defeat.
