Getting impression that Booker and Pope may not be in cards, plenty of guys out there though. This stuff us fluid though.
That's fine. Lock up Cliff and we go from there.

One kid has nothing to do with another. Only time will tell.Jamal Shead has been one of the best guards in the country for 3 years. Look at those freshman #s.
Not the big fish everybody is pining for but can’t go wrong with a veteran secondary ballhandler that can shoot it a bitBensley Joseph clearly a target by Johnnies if chatter matters
So you’re saying he’d be a great fit for Rutgers? For those who went to Charleston, Brea is the clown who after he was ejected for fighting with one of our guys threw kisses to the crowd. We can do a lot better then this jerk.
Sounds like Alleyne part 2Joseph is a nice start. Watched some highlights of the UNC/Miami game. Some hop in his step, good defender. Shot should be okay. Again, coming off the bench would be a good thing
Now that FLORIDA is out of the tournament, we’ll find out more about Walter Clayton Jr..Joseph is a nice start. Watched some highlights of the UNC/Miami game. Some hop in his step, good defender. Shot should be okay. Again, coming off the bench would be a good thing
Joseph is definitely the better ballhandler and can attack the rim and pass better than Alleyne but overall hope it’s that same type of 15-18mpg veteran off the bench type of roleSounds like Alleyne part 2
Joseph is a nice start if we had a bonified starter….. we don’t.Joseph is a nice start. Watched some highlights of the UNC/Miami game. Some hop in his step, good defender. Shot should be okay. Again, coming off the bench would be a good thing

Funny. Now that FLORIDA is out of the tournament, we’ll find out more about Walter Clayton Jr..
What a pick-up that would be! I’m sure Rick will dangle a mighty sum for him to consider. At least I hope he does.
How many point guards do you think he’s bringing in? There are better ones out there. We will. Season just ended.
Bensley seems like much more of a ball handler. 110 assists last year. Nahiem had 119 last 3 years combined.Sounds like Alleyne part 2
Walter plays the 2 and is a volume scorer. Same position he played at Iona. Now that FLORIDA is out of the tournament, we’ll find out more about Walter Clayton Jr..

So Rick wanted Clayton last year, but not this year? I doubt that. He’s a great talent and knows what Rick wants from his guards. We shall see.Walter plays the 2 and is a volume scorer. Same position he played at Iona.
As I stated from day one, he is not usually the primary ball handler. Daniss Jenkins was at Iona and that is why Pitino was confident with the ball in his hands. If you look at the stats this year, you will notice the radical difference in assists.
Except for foul shooting, Daniss had better stats.
We need two very good point guards and two excellent shooting guards. Walter Clayton is not a priority.
Very possible.Funny.
If Iona did have some pretty good guards.
