I like him so I'm not underestimating him. More like I want to go far into March or April so don't want to overestimate a kid who didn't get a ton of burn last season.

Wish Pitino didn't keep saying Wilcher was a starter, because I think we'd be much better next season with two top-notch portal guards if we can land them. But delicate balance of course because you risk running Wilcher off.

If he wasn't told he'd be starting, he'd most likely be in the portal. Not what you'd want to happen to our highest-rated player in years,

I'm thinking we are looking to add 2 guards, one who can be more of a traditional PG role, and one who can serve as a swing/scoring guard, since Sim will be playing both spots.
