Right, just trying to infer from Zach’s tweet. He’s saying we got a priority target. Just my two cents but not sure why Vince would be a priority target. He’s more a backup option IMO. Guess we’ll see.
Vince would make sense w/ the timing and Trilly smoke but I’m more confused how it’s him while he’s visiting SMU.
Either way, happy our staff has things under wraps.

Tomorrow being Vince, it’s interesting + trust staff’s judgment. The kid has athletic tools to be a defensive menace but stats don’t bear it out. USC seemed like a mess so chalking part of it to that seems fair

I’m just curious because I haven’t seen him play at all. In Vince”s case, when some say they would pass on him is it because of his stats from last year? That he only played 15 min a game?
Serious question because I didn’t see him play once. But at 7 ft 1 inch. A former 5 star with a few years left who averaged 5-6 points and 4-5 rebounds in 15 min and hit 50% of his attempts that doesn’t seem bad and reason to think he can improve on that from

Vince was a top prospect coming out of high school. He had the cardiac event and then got injured. If you watch the video of him he’s very athletic and looks like a kid who would have no trouble guarding pick and roles etc. How many times did we get killed on that this past season. He block shots and can be a rim protector. If he’s healthy, for a modest NIL I think he’s a steal.
