I can’t see how Kriisa is anything like Curbelo in any way. Curbelo was waning since his first season at Illinois. Curbelo also had no shooting ability at all and was a headcase out there, constantly pouting and getting in his head.

Kriisa sounds more like he’s got a killer instinct, can shoot extremely well and has run the PG spot at a major top 10 team. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him in 2-3 guard offenses at times as well with his ability to shoot and play combo.

In addition Rick will have him learning to play defense and a matchup zone like Rick runs is perfect for his style. Compares more like a Daniss Jenkins to me rather than Curbelo.

Please stop with the Cubelo craziness. Krissa does not juggle, wear ping goggles, eat popcorn, or sneak into press conferences. Krissa can also shoot. He has never had a concussion, does not need head gear and it has been several years since he heard voices. These players are totally unlike each other.

I used to think paying players under the table money was bad enough. But this seems worse. Before, at least a school like SJU could get local talent not on the take. Now, since everyone can get paid, the schools with the biggest wheelbarrows full of money can run up the bidding and break the schools with a smaller wheelbarrow. Which is always going to be the non football schools. Which is always going to be us. It's like watching Storage Wars, where one guy always bids up the prices to have the other bidders deplete their bankrolls for what is likely not a 4 or 5 star storage unit.
