Seton Hall, Wed., Feb. 1, 8:30p, CBSSN

I think in Making Plays' case, he's just a huge Arkansas fan and loved CMA. Similar to Craig, the UCLA fan who came aboard for the Lavin years before his unfortunate passing.

There is another poster who's been missing a while who I'm 100 percent sure is related to CMA though.

I'd also be remiss in not mentioning Q in Yonkers, who was an awful poster and related to Norm or Fred. Argued with him that he'd never post again when they were fired. He argued that he would, then never showed up again.

I believe you're referring to @BigRed2, who hasn't posted since mid December (but has viewed the site recently)

King of the Bronx was another Norm guy

Taped the game and wanted to re-watch the Curbelo stuff to see what was captured on TV. Spoiler alert, as bad as it looked on TV, it was even worse.

First of all, and I only watched the few minutes around the technical today (I can only take so much) but earlier in the game Curbelo came off the court during a media timeout screaming and gesturing wildly at Anderson, walking all the way at him and eventually getting in his face. Anderson "responded" by leaving him in the game. I'm assuming that didn't show up on the broadcast?

Then, after the ejection, and this is what I watched this morning, he wouldn't leave the arena and was totally out of control. They showed the start of that on TV, but it went on for the entire timeout/review that went on. At one point he was going at it with some fans in the stands and I really thought he was going to go into the stands. Drissa had to basically run over and force him out of the arena.

He just has no ability to control himself, this is now two ejections. I don't know if any coach can handle him, but this coach can't.
Your first point was caught my me and others in the stands.

The fans in the stands were Hall fans and possibly friends of Ndefo and were at the very least removed from that section.

he was lucky not to get a tech when he throw the ball at the Hall player when he was fouled just before picking up his two techs.

I'm also sort of leaning towards Making Plays merely being a huge fan of Anderson, and not a relative or close friend.

The "other poster" I think you're referencing is BigRed2.

Never posted a bad thing about Mike. The bad play we see every game shoulda been cleaned up befor the big east games started. The guys who can't or will not learn should have been pulled from game one. mike coaches like he wants to make friends. I can't stand the way they play, the way coach coaches or us keep having to change coaches. What to do. Last nite the hall was dead and mike did all in his power to do everything he could to give them a chance to win. That he did. Based how this team plays how can they bring him back?

This team is so poorly prepared, the coach should be fired for cause. Of course, that won't happen.
Anderson will have been paid over nine million $ after this season, and not one post-season appearance. Wonder how much it will additionally cost the school to get rid of him.
Seven coaching crash landings in a row. Idiocracy.

Make no mistake about it, while the hire was a joint decision, the extension given to a coach that made no post season tourney is all in Cragg. If the school is stuck with Anderson due to a lucrative buy out, Cragg must be fired. In fact if there is a large buy out and the school still removes Anderson, Cragg should still be fired for putting the school in a difficult financial position.

Wusu has been the one of the few bright spots on this team. Many things to complain about before we get to Wusu.

Bright spot is pushing it a bit but I will say this. Based on his ability and athleticism, Wusu gives you a hell of allot more effort then most guys. He just is not a quality basketball player. As Paultzman so clearly stated, Wusu would be a sub/minimal minute guy in a quality BE team but unfortunately with this coaching staff he is seen as more.

All true. But main point was Wusu is the least of this teams problems.

Maybe so Dink, but in all my years I cannot ever remember anyone, anywhere, in any sport, being so blindly loyal to, and so defensive of, a HC or manager(baseball). It's really beyond comprehension.

But that is the entire reason he is here, and fwiw I'm fine with that. Making Plays is an Arkansas fan who obviously respected CMA's tenure there and only came here because of CMA. He's been licking his wounds a bit more in his recent posts but I'm sure he's more disappointed that this record and failure are CMA's than they are St Johns'. In short, even if not personally, CMA is MP's friend, St Johns is just where he works. What would you expect or do in similar situations? Trash your friend or just distance yourself from the situation?

Agreed. MP is basically what CR Green was for Lavin although CR at least had stuff to defend while Lavin was coach. This year is pretty much indefensible to any reasonable person

Guy's an antagonist and repetitive JO. I wouldn't know what's in his recent posts since I've had him on ignore for quite some time.

Except CR Green (RIP) was a gentleman. Always gracious, even if I didn't agree with much of how he spun things on Lavin's tenure at UCLA.
