Seton Hall (UBS), Sun., Feb. 18, 5p, FS-1

Obviously SHU is playing well tonight but I just don’t see how we beat them.

We don’t have anybody that could even come close to neutralizing Kadary. Dawes always kills us. They make teams shoot over the top of them which is not our strength.

They are also way tougher than us by leaps and bounds. They’ll get every loose ball and if the game does happen to be close they’ll make the winning plays at the end.

Plus it’s going to be way closer to a neutral site game than it will be a home game. Not confident in this one even though we’ll be small favorites

Don’t even know why we would be considered favorites? Isn’t Vegas tired of losing money?

Twisted logic is I feel better about beating Seton Hall after this game since they're now going to be due for a let down.

What’s the beer situation at UBS? it’s a horrible start time for a Sunday night, Might as well get hammered! Figure 7k attendance
Beer's good no lines and more importantly bring your amex card and a girl from Rick's and get free admission for 2 and a drink each at the amex lounge across from 101. We will be there 45 minutes before tipoff

In this game, the one advantage we should have is our post play, therefore I’m going to root for Joel to come out of his slide, have a great game and carry the team to a win. From the few times I’ve met Joel at games etc. he seems like a great young man. While I’m disappointed in his play of late, I will never root against him.

additionally, Dre Davis who is their 4 but is undersized didn’t play the snd half due to injury. SHU is not deep and will likely play even smaller with Coleman replacing Davis.

SH w Kadary is a threat most nights, such a stat stuffer w points, assists and rebounds. That said, if our guys are psyched and committed to avenge the earlier slaughter, we should win. You know SH will be focused with much to gain re Dance chance, but like most teams, not road warriors.

Hate cliches, but whoever wants this more and locks in should win. Wish this one was at CA v UBS, but water under bridge.

Most likely another loss coming up. Seton Hall is a better team than us and I am not sure why anyone would think that will change on Sunday.

Are we still doing the "This is the game Dingle is breaking out" stuff?
