Seton Hall Game

Did a bunch of people just sign up or do they only come on the site when we have a bad game?
 
Hall better today in all ways.. We have little inside game and that will be exploited in the BE season.. this may have been one of Jordan and Pointers worst games. Still not a good outside shooting team and we have not had a lights out shooter, other than Hardy in Lav's tenure.

Too much reliance on Harrison will continue to be our undoing. Can't expect him to do it all, all the time.

Agreed. This one was slightly more important for the Hall, then for us (though it obviously would have helped). Lose Saturday, and we could be pulling a "last year" all over again. Even with a win Saturday, 1-3 is not out of the question.
 
Rysheed is not NBA material, not even NBA D League material. He has some decent moves but is terribly inconsistent.

his back to back bad shots when we were up 5 started the Hall's run and they never looked back. What I wouldn't give to have a PG like Gibbs
 
Not gonna put this loss solely on FTs/3s. Yes those were factors, but we also did not look sharp aside from 3 quarters through the 2nd half and early on in the 1st half.
 
Willard looks like a good coach with talented and balanced lineup. He was on the verge of getting fired last year. They adjusted well at halftime.

Neither is 3-1. We match up well with these teams coming up. Seton hall is a team built a lot like us with better players down low and they hit their 3s in a big game for them at home.

He has great talent and POTENTIAL but he also made some key mistakes today and took some ill advised shoots. I hope he stays another year but I do not see it.
 
Just left the game. Refs weren't great, but too much hero ball by a couple of our players. Hall are by no means a good team. Not sure what that says about us, but I expect an easy win for us this weekend. Put up or shut up time.
 
Today is my anniversary. I was hoping to get another present. Oh well, I still have my wonderful wife. :cheer:
 
One thing that scares me is there is such a blatant and obvious way to beat us and I'm afraid it will continually be exploited like it was today

Wa worried about this game from day one .Thought we should not be basking in our ranking until we did well in confr play Rasheed has to stay another yr To date he has not shown that he could take over a game and carry a team to victory Also feel can not see Obekpa making it in the NBA
 
This game was lost in the last minute of the first half. We completely came apart then.

can't blame this game on DLo,

But damn those two technical freebies, and then that wide open 3 when we were down 70-65 hurt badly. Team loss, but the opportunities were there late
