I'm very high on Scott - as much as I loved Taylor, Scott should be a clear upgrade on the offensive end. Vince is the real wild card; I'm not counting on big minutes from him but if he is fully healthy and makes a jump he could really be a nice surprise.

I would like to see the team at least appear to be somewhat together when the season starts, in terms of on-court play. When I say the start of the season, I mean by the start of regular season games.

Too often, we've looked disjointed, and hear the old "we'll get better as the year goes along" speech. I actually think, in most recent years, we have gotten better, but so do the teams that were just ahead of us at the start of the year, so it doesn't show up in the standings. Let's try and be a little ahead of those type of teams (I'm talking about teams that finish in the mid-to-upper level of major conferences) right at the start.
