It’s pretty obvious that many former RP players have utmost respect for their former Coach . Getting them to show up at our current Team’s practice is quite a accomplishment .
One of the very few succesful Colombian basketball players , not many of us . I use to watch all of his games

Must not be considering coaches otherwise we should be number one (taking into consideration where we were as a program and where we are now). Also Bama at nine is ridiculous as they went into last season’s NCAA T as the number one overall seed after winning SEC regular season and tournament championships. They will be nowhere as good this season.
Is it a Donation to the School or to a Company giving players a NIL? Doesn't really clearly state. NIL would benefit the program and that is what it says...

On FS1 during the USA/ Greece game they are talking about how the team/organization where CRP coached is among the powerhouses there.
My assumption is any players we get from Greece will be high upside additions to the roster.

Loved the anecdote about his having recruits meet Secretariat. I know I would have been thrilled.
If I owned a racehorse, I would call him Coach Pitino.
There was a racehorse named Pitino that I believe ran once or twice at Santa Anita 5 or 6 years ago. Assume he was named after our coach but not sure of that.
