Rick’s Targets

Didn’t think we had much of a chance with his preference for Indiana. Woodson has NBA and big man pedigree, has been successful there. Plus has a chance to advance far into the tourney in his last year, something that would be a real stretch here.

Good luck to him.
IU is a great time. Their fan base travels well too. Definitely a non conference we should schedule home and home with.

Definitely a nice weekend picking up some pieces that should help this upcoming season, though still a couple of true impact guys short of being a legit contender in the Big East in year one. Ledlum would have been one but looks like we're coming up short there. Mgbako would obviously be one as well but think that's also a pretty extreme long shot.

Still some decent names on the board and maybe a few more to be added soon. Not as sold as some others on guys like Thomasson and Slazinski being the needle movers we'll need but they will fill needed roles nonetheless. Here's hoping for exciting days coming up.

Here is how I look at the smarter than me thing. Say you go to the best eye doctor in the world.
You are very grateful and feel everything will be ok. At the first examination he tells you to drop your drawers and starts examining your prostate. Should you question the best eye doctor in the world? Or just figure he is the best, I am sure this is right?
Maybe he sees something I don't.;)

Anything else happen in that bathroom visit with Pitino that you need to discuss? Seems like it has affected you profoundly to the point of finding prostate exam analogies. For us seniors that have been through that, not to mention the wonderful biopsy experience, it's mere mention brings on trauma. Whatever concerns you have about a hall of fame coach not offering an olive branch to problematic and limited players, I'm not feeling it. As for the biopsy and recovery, that I felt.

6 slots remain open, thinking Rick probably fill about 5, leaving 1 'ship open 'just-in-case'.
Leaving Mgbako and Demary Jr out of the picture, I'd be happy to get Cormac Ryan, Brady Dunlap, and maybe Spencer Mahoney, but still think Noah Thomasson and Quinn Slazinzki would be positive additions---both of whom Rick knows well.

Just means you have your head up your ass which explains your posting

Thank you Ray
Perhaps some on this board have to live more, grow up/mature and then they get it.
Gleason score only 6 for me but some of my WPclassmates having serious prostate issues - it’s the 60-70 age thing,
It does puts St.John’s basketball and recruiting in perspective. It’s fun, important but surely not THAT important.
Fortunate to have Pitino.
Go Redman.
All the best
