No one knows anything until they get on the court! Remember theses kids never played with each other and played with different levels of competition. It’s going to take time to figure it out and see who stands out. RP is a lot smarter than MA to figure out that Posh and Curbello were not going to work together.

All I know is we have one of best coaches to ever do it. A roster far superior than what we had for close to a decade. Cannot wait for the season to start. I don’t want to get too ahead myself but I think depending on the play upfront we could be a second weekend team. If Anderson ran it back with Posh Storr and Gardener we’re praying to be a bubble team.

See as a sports fan I can’t wrap my head around that way of thinking. I mean fantasy sports, sports radio and gambling sites make a fortune on speculation.
 
For some reason I have a vision in my head of Rick Pitino sitting quietly in his office smoking a cigar dreaming about who his next 2024 target recruit is.

Then again he probably is health conscious and doesn’t smoke. I do think he loves that people are talking about his St. John’s program in the middle of June. No matter what the context. I don’t recall how active this Board was but something tells me this site wasn’t getting that much attention in oh say June 2022.

So do we just meet back up in April to discuss the season? The entire point of a sports forum is to have fun speculating. Nobody is telling Pitino what to do😂
