We are just seeing things differently with predicting Pitino. I actually felt similar to Mase about Alleyne when he first committed because I didn’t realize he was the same kid that played at Va Tech. I thought he was just some unspectacular Uconn depth guy.

I get irrationally excited for the team pretty much every year. This is the first year where I won’t be expecting a disappointing year in the back of my mind. I have confidence that Rick will actually get the best out of these young men.
