Rick’s Targets

Well, it was grueling sticking by Rick Pitino when a select few had the sky falling after just 3-4 weeks. Still crazy how many were panicking on here so soon after all the ineptitude we’ve seen.

Job 1 is done. Now comes the fun part. Watch talent get coached UP for a change. Something we rarely, if ever, have seen for the better part of several decades.

Job 1 is not done! Still two ships open last I checked. Let’s fill them first before declaring the job done.

Great vibes on Dingle, but let’s get official word before we proclaim victory. Also, let’s get that elusive big!
 
Interesting early morning. Had an out patient medical procedure and my spine doctor and anesthesiologist were discussing how hard it was getting good Knicks tickets.
I said next year try attending some college games at the Garden my doctor says "we plan on going to see some Rick Pitino games". Not St. John's but Rick Pitino!!

This is how much of an influence hiring this Hall of Fame coach will have in the coming years. These were two Jewish doctors trained at Columbia who are basketball junkies and they knew about Repole, NIL and that CRP is adding nice pieces to his team. If we get Dingle and a Big and we make some noise in NYC, there will be a lot of non St. John's grads buying tickets at the Garden because this town loves a winner.

I just wish our old friend Chicago Days comes back around to see what he's missing.😉

Boo, let's do the math. Bat signal. What city did Batman defend? Gotham! What other city but NY is called Gotham?

I'm pretty sure he's coming to Gotham!
 
This is a brave new world we live in. Two open scholarships and we are sitting around waiting for A really good player (Dingle Kringle) to announce. With the additional expectation that the last spot will go to a decent playable big. All the while completely confident that the current Coach has covered all the bases. Good times boys and girls, good times.
