PS Sign me up for Zuby, Dingle and call it a recruiting season.

I like Zuby better than Ware frankly and the 3 years eligibility is great, losing Soriano after this season. Too bad about Mgbako but I’m fine with it as it was likely a long shot. I’d love Zuby and Dingle here to close this out. We will be VERY competitive this season with a roster like that.

Sign me up for Zuby. Having that tank as our backup center/starting 4 would be a serious game changer.

Mgbako would’ve been nice for the press and pictures but at the end of the day he was still a one and done Freshman. Zuby or even Ware would be fundamental long term piece to this team.

That exact scenario worked out really well for Providence with Bryce Hopkins last season. He wound up being Providence's best player, was named to the All Big East first team and was probably the main reason that they had a very good year.

Can easily play the 5 when Joel is out. I do think someone is leaving though. I can’t imagine Pitino wouldn’t want an understudy at center given how demanding it is in his defense. The center calls all the switches.

Can guard 3 spots at an elite level. Extremely athletic. Decent offensive player who was good enough for Kansas to give a spot to. We could do a lot worse.
