Providence, Thur. Dec. 28, 7p, YES, 570AM

Not sure which statue is more impressive, Lapchick's outside Carnesecca Arena or Mullin's on the sideline.

Embarrassing game. There seems to be ‘no fight’ in us. We’re getting mauled.

I wasn’t too worried about Lovett injury before this game, but with BE play starting, we need to know more about what we’re dealing with ( injury wise).

Getting a sick feeling that we might play like last year.

There's still a bit too much freelancing/playground style for my liking on the offensive end.

Defensively, Ponds pick and chooses his spots and often rely on getting steals. He loafed a bit too much tonight, and Cartwright smoked him like a gutted hog in a fire pit. It seemed contagious, as other's on the team was late closing out on shooters.

I've said it several times before and I'll said it a hundred more times, if need be.... Mullin better find a way to instill a reliable zone defense or two. If not, then we'll likely see a few more games like tonight.

Sad to sit here and watch...1 min left...losing conference opener at home. Storm seemed out of sync since game tied 8 and 8...looks like 22 point bad loss

How bad was that! Men vs. Boys. Gave up 90 +. Just like last year. Same old. This could get ugly real fast.

Wow that was disappointing. Concerns moving forward:
1- health of the two guards. It looked like Ponds pulled a calf muscle towards the end of the 1st half.
2- it looked like they gave up as Providence was shooting the lights out in the 2nd half.

Agree. Woeful performance. Seemed to be no fight in the team. Worrisome. LoVett had best heal soon and here’s hoping Ponds did not sustain a lingering injury tonight.

Pretty putrid performance and disappointing in that expectations were so high and we were at home. Defense had been good, nonexistent tonight.
