That foul against Yakwe late in the half when he 'made the basket'. Was that legit? Looked bogus to me. Down by 1 at the half. Hope to heck we come out strong for 2nd half. Need this game.
 
Someone needs to guard Lindsey. There no excuse for letting get wide open threes like this. Clark needs to stop dribbling the ball so much down low. He’s been stripped twice already and gave up possessions. Ahmed as always needs better shot selection and we need to hit our foul shots. I think we are under 70% again this game. Even so, if we have Lovett we are up in this game right now. This will come down the last few possessions of the game.
 
Just in the first 4 minutes of the game, we take so many poor shots. Letting Providence get too many shots down low.
 
Don't feel good about this one. Ponds is way too much one on one and Simon is not involved at all.
 
Down 7???? Why are they letting Cartwright and Lindsey take all those 3's??? Storm needs to start taking it inside and draw fouls...this is getting away from the Johnnies...we are a better team and should win this!
 
As much for long term as for this game, Mullins needs to sit Ponds. His defensive and offensive play over last five minutes has been just awful .
 
Gotta give Providence some credit. They are moving the ball and hitting their threes.Somehow we need to tighten up the defense on the 3 point line.
 
Ponds is lackadaisical so many times. How many 3s have we had tonight where we didnt hit a rim?
 
Cartwright is killing us this half. Ponds need to tighten up defensively.

Tighten up? You have to attempt to play defense before you can tighten up; Cooley knew Ponds just fakes it and went after him from the opening bell. Cartwright has chewed him alive. Double figure assists without even working hard by breaking him down at will.
