Ponds playing I guess? Must say this whole thing with Ponds was pretty weird. But WE ARE ST JOHN'S so par for the course I guess.

This game is a must win in the literal sense. We are a bit off track from where we want to be. Would be really nice to win the next 2 and get back to that. 16-3 (4-3) would have us feeling way better. This is doable, just hold court tonight at home.

St Johns is a 3.5-point favorite tonight

Bet your house, not mine on Johnnies :)

Hopefullywe can use the same photo after the game !

Going to be a dogfight boys. These are the type of games that come down to who wants it more. If I'm Mullin, I'm preaching smart shots, ball movement, and get up in their grill on the 3 PT line because Creighton can make us pay that way. Would be nice to also see more driving to setup open looks on kickouts. Nova does it and it's a thing of beauty. So many great open 3's are made that way. We will need our share of FT's in tight games and we have to make 75%+. Also, please no getting too cute with alley-oops and behind the back Rucker play. Just get the easy points...we will need each one and must treat it as such. We need to force more turnovers and get out in transition so we can get back to our style and get this W.

thats funny
Just heard Ponds will definitely play
If Ponds was banged up can't play 6 iron man basketball.
Williams needs to get some minutes and Keita needs to show something.

Creighton's only player over 6'7" who will play tonight is Krampejl who is 6'9". Epperson who is 6'11" is out for the season and I do not see anyone on their roster who is 7'0". They are not a big team, especially with Epperson out.

Freshman Sampson Froling is listed as 7' tall. Checked their stats, averaging 10.5 minutes, 4.7 puts, 2.2 reb.

Knight, apologies, my mistake with an assist from ESPN. They have Froling listed as 6'0", which is clearly wrong. In any event, he has played a total of 18 minutes and scored 8 points in their four BE games, so suspect we will not see a lot of him tonight.

Last game, Creighton only used 8 players, which includes Krampelj and four guards as starters. The 5 starters played 34, 32, 38, 39, 37 minutes. The bench was two guards who played 10 and 4 minutes, and a 6'7 forward Bishop who played 6 mins. Not sure height will be an issue. Frolling didn't play.

Great news ... and just in the nick of time. I was coming dangerously close to laying my body across those tracks.

In uniform & warming up, definitely a good sign!

Let's win this one guys and go from there! At start of season, most of us would have been ok with 15-3, 3-3 in conference at this point.

Bad news is he is wearing a back brace so he will not be 100%.

Ouch! Hopefully, just a precaution.

Just looks like cushioning to avoid someone banging him. Just hope it doesn't affect his stroke and ball handling skills.
