I think the key for us tonight will be shooting the ball well. if we make our shots at a high rate we win!!!! We are way to quick for them from a defensive perspective, no need to double anybody in the post and our ability to push the pace in transition will force them to tire during certain points/runs in the game. Go get the W!!!!!!

That wasn't directed at you just the board in general, and I'm including myself in that because I'm getting too excited and feels we're overdue for a letdown.

I also won some money on Tampa in a yearly pool, though I'm putting into cryptos instead which is probably more risky. :)

I will say trying to be a totally neutral fan, I don't have any money on the game but I really like taking St. John's tonight. The line doesn't make any sense to me. Should be SJU -2 or so.

I didnt take it personally. The only thing I take personally is if someone steals my Bronx Pale Ale or Lobster Roll :)

We'll still probably see a need to double someone in the post. /media/kunena/emoticons/wassat.png

Found this in USA:Butler plays at one of the slowest tempos in the nation and its assist percentage is mediocre, which tells me there isn’t a lot of ball movement for the offense. A slow-paced, methodical offense isn’t a good fit against the Johnnies’ aggressive on-the-ball defense that includes full-court presses. In their first matchup, the Bulldogs lost the turnover battle 16-8 and connected on just 25% of their 3-point attempts compared to the Johnnies’ 35% 3-point percentage. These aren’t random occurrences as much as it’s how St. John’s has played recently.Over their six-game winning streak, the Johnnies are forcing 15.3 turnovers per game and opponents are shooting just 30.5% from 3-point range. St. John’s freshman PG Posh Alexander leads the Big East in steals per game (2.6) and has been on a tear lately, menacing the opposing team’s point guards. Each team is going in a different direction
