UConn has parted ways with 2018 Brewster Academy F Lukas Kisunas, source tells ZAGSBLOG. Was a 2018 Commit.

Idaho State 7-foot Serbian Novak Topalovic will be a grad transfer, source told ESPN. Averaged 10.7 and 6.8. Look for Pac-12 schools to pursue.

Jackson State guard Jeremiah Jefferson has received his release, told ESPN he will graduate and transfer. Averaged 10 points per game this past season and hit 63 3’s this year.

It’s just me, but I wish we had more interest in going after James Scott Jr. He looks headed to VA Tech.
And while I’m not convinced we need to recruit a guard at this time, offering a ‘ship this year, he’d be my pick from what looks to be available on the burgeoning transfer list.
We need a couple of bigs, period.
But James Jr. is a big, quick guard, with a good shooting touch...and a legacy.

Agree we don't need to be focusing on guards unless Shamorie doesn't come back. Of the big men I've seen listed as available, the kids from Old Dominion, UConn (Kasunas) & Pitt (Luther) look the most promising assuming the grad transfer who was committed to Xavier follows Mack to Louisville. Hope we are reaching out to at least one or two of them before others scoop them up.

One I bet, but reaching out is not always successful obviously. I trust Matt A knows who to go after, but we are not exactly a prime destination for the better transfers.
