Agree,let’s make it

Sorry, gents, highly unlikely to happen.  Let’s hope that Anderson keeps the core of the team next year and we land some real impact transfers.  Let’s then root like heck for us to overachieve next year.  I for one and not ready for another rebuild.

Every year is a rebuild this isn't 1950. Question is who do you want to be doing the rebuild? Not that it matters because We are St. John's!

I don't know if it came across in the game thread, but I really think Freeman-Liberty looks like Bob Marley.

As I've said in the past, I'm not sure bringing the core back, is a good thing.

We'll probably get a little better, but it just seems like the losing is so ingrained into this team, that I'm not sure I want players like Storr learning from these guys.

The UCONN away game was the killer, IMO.  We made plays at the end, and Julian made the big shot, but we still found a way to lose it, because that's what this group of players does.  Ever since then, a losing mentality appears to have taken over late in close games.

On the bright side, this should put NET rankings to rest.
Are you familiar with some of our fans? Next win and everything is hunky dory and we're going dancing.
After this loss, even  the most ardent of SJU/CMA supporters is going to have a hard time putting any kind of positive spin on what's gone on this season.

just finished watching-    No defensive effort - something’s going 9n

maybe if they hit a few more free throws

Duke of Earlington post=460486Brutal loss.  Surprising?  No.

Something is broken with this team.  Kids didnt seem very interested in playing today.  No sense of urgency.

Posh getting benched again is very strange.  Something is going on behind closed doors.  Hopefully someone can uncover what it is and let us fans know.

Love Bob Marley, but don't see it other than the dreadlocks.

Youre at your comedic best after this loss. Is this a classic case of using humor to mask your pain? /media/kunena/emoticons/wink.png

I have been a CMA supporter up to now, but imho there are serious concerns at this point. Not only did team disappoint this year, but substitution patterns and interest of key players is very questionable. I'm not sure which of my two favorite basketball teams I feel better about at this point, but leaning towards the Knicks which is pretty telling.

I’m in this camp too.  Was willing yo give coach every benefit of the doubt.  But something’s not right.   And I’m not sure he’s that good a game coach.  There are plenty of ways to be respectable  on the court without top talent.   Fundamentals and basics like free throws etc basics dnd we’re miserable in many respects where effort and discipline could fill the void.  Absent.

Give them time they are just regrouping and gathering up the charges. I expect a surge fairly soon.

It's over! All we're doing now is walking around the disaster scene looking at the dead bodies.

I'm sensing you don't think we have a run in us in the Big East Tournament. Amiright?

Don't tell me that we haven't improved in Feb. In January we had one win followed by 2 losses. In February we have 2 wins followed by 2 losses. So please stop with the negativity!

Your right, tired of hearing the same thing with basically the same results. I know I am in the minority but let’s make a change or there is a good chance we will be in the same position next yr unless he all of a sudden recruits higher ranked kids that can shoot I mean at least 2-3
i know there will some that say wait we can still win the BET,than there is a bridge I can sell you

I hear Ewing has a secret plan to Win the BE Tournament again . He’s also mentioned to informed sources he’s willing to share it with Mike  Anderson . The Goal being to have the Hoyas - Redmen in the BE Finals .
