This is the best I have felt about the team since the Arizona game. I have been having a hard time personally and have missed some games but I plan to be at the Marquette game hoping for at least a .500 season.

I also agree that Anderson will recruit players that will make us more competitive.

Our NET ranking was 74 going into today's game. Obviously, it'll go up after today's win which should better position us for the NIT should we win a couple more games.

The Johnnies can earn a NIT bid. They need to finish the season with at least another W and win a couple in the BE tournament.

Great job today against Creighton. Shooting is always the deciding factor in basketball. Today, the Johnnies had hot hands. I hope it continues against Butler on Wednesday.

I'm so excited for this hard working team. They've had a couple heart breaking losses and still keep on fighting. It paid off today.

What a win. Love the games at carnesseca. Thats where we play our best.

Williiams and caraher hitting jumpers??? Amazing. Even cole contributed in the 1st half. I had no clue who that even was.

No one is going to want to see st johns in the big east tourney.

Unbelievable what some shot-making yields. So many ifs if we had just made some shots towards the end of a few games in the BE this year.

A team of lesser character would have “mailed it in today”.

This team has character and reflects favorably on CMA.

There is a lot of fight in this undermanned team.

Are net will be in the 60's if we end up over 500 it will be hard not to get an invite to NIT, imho, that was my goal this year for us!

Be well Andrew
Tough times happen
Fortunately they are temporary no matter how long they last
Hope today’s surprising win gave you some joy and relief
All the best

Rebounds & assists are so important in this win. They setup many of the points that were made.
LJ Figueroa lead with 12 R 5 A 16 points wow!
Dunn 6 R 10 A 19 points awesome!
Champagnie 5 R 0 A 13 points
Caraher 4 R 1 A 9 points good job from the bench
Williams 4 R 2 A 21 points,. Incredible shooting!

Late game execution looks a lot better when everything you throw up goes in. Very happy for these kids who have never packed it in!

Once again great atmosphere at CA.

I have 6 words to say: Abandon the ‘beer and piss arena’. It’s the main reason SJU can’t win a home game. Bad enough they’re forced to play the BET there (where they always lose first or second round). The garden is nothing but THE CURSE OF THE WOEFUL KNICKS!!! Carnesecca Arena forever!!!!!!!

really happy for the kids today. Lets get Butler then win next sunday

Might has well dream a little

In order to win a couple of games in the BE T we would have to beat the top seed in the second game. Not impossible but a tall order. Hope we can get an NIT bid with one win in the BET and a record of 17-16.

Big congrats to the team! Also happy to see there is still a shot that MA’s .500 streak has a chance to live.
