Posh Alexander (BUTLER COMMIT)

As he hits five threes v us at Hinkle w ghost of Dennis “Shooter” Hopper present

Nah.
But maybe set the BE record for steals in a game with Norman Dale assuring him that the baskets at Hinkle are 10 feet high just like the tiny high school gym he played in the last 3 seasons.

Wusu and Posh transfers would sting more if they went to UCONN, Nova, Creighton, Xavier or Marquette - any conference school substantially better than us last season. The fact is, while I wish them.well, no school prepping to make a March run offered them.

As much as I like Posh and was hoping he'd return.... I don't feel that way. I guess I'm indifferent as far as what he'll do at Butler and versus our squad.
Yes , I think many fans haven’t realized that College Basketball today for the Players is absolutely Free Agency .

We see in the Pro Sports that players move from team to team at the drop of a hat . Actually , like more money in their Cash Register . Theirs .

The information available to us indicated Posh was offered the chance to return by Coach Pitino . He chose not to take that opportunity .

Choosing Butler is his decision . But , he’s now representing another school who is a opponent . It means he will be playing his game against our team .
How we react to that is a fan’s choice . A St John ‘s fan should understand that .

Can the moderators put this under the comedy thread?

As for my feelings about Posh, I loved the freshman Posh, liked the sophomore Posh and didn't care for the junior Posh. Yeah, yeah, I know about the Curbelo factor, but I ain't soley blaming that on his poor play. Anyhow, guess my feelings about Posh fall somewhere betweeen Red Drum and those of you who think he deserves a statue outside CA.
