NY Giants Draft Pick

Here we go!

Just hope the NYG don't pick [strike]Ki-jana Carter[/strike] Saquon Barkley.
Have a feeling you are about to be disappointed
I like the Barkley pick.
If I'm Gettleman, I really try to get Dez.
Imagine: Odell, Dez, and Shepard, with the TE and Barkley in the back field. Those are some pretty nasty weapons for Eli. Maybe he can go out a champ. Gettleman must think highly of Davis Webb too, he'll be getting chance in 2 or 3 years. You know he had a deep sigh of relief after that pick.
I heard an interview this week on the radio and I think it was Phil Simms and he said he loved Webb for down the road

We have been talking about how great our skilled players are for a few years. Now, it's time to start blocking.

Gotta get a solid OL guy with the 2nd pick in the 2nd rnd

I think that's a great pickup. Just read some speculation that they go QB and grab Mason Rudolph, but I can't see that happening.

Also heard the Daniels guy from Iowa. Wonder what Cleveland does at the top of the 2nd. Another QB ? LOL

I think they go OL, but not sure which pick they use for it. Hopefully the one after the Giants go.

One guy has Browns taking Chubb the RB.
Hernandez would be a great pick for Giants. Daniels good, but Giants don’t need centers—St. John’s does!
Maybe Big Blue picks Orlando Brown with their #66 or #69 pick. Surprised he might be still around—apparently had a bad combine.

I thought RB too, initially thinking Guice might get the nod. But then I looked up who they had and forgot that they picked up Hyde. You really never know what that team will do.

Yup, for sure. There's a reason why the Browns typically pick in the Top 5.

True, I think Hyde is looked at as a starter. Regardless, I think we positioned well. Although I was not in favor of Barkley at #2, if we grab a quality O-Lineman tonight, I'll be pumped.

Hernandez. Great pick! The guy looks like a building made of granite.

Barkley is considered the best player in draft even
by some gurus clamoring for a QB.
Will Hernandez will pave a highway for Barkley and protect Eli.
Lorenzo Carter Is also a great pick. Our edge rusher?
BJ Hill is a solid DT pick.
We've missed on an OT so far.
The Ravens got Orlando Brown.
But so far, imo, this is a great draft talent-wise for the Giants.

I hear you Mike. Good point. Gettleman seems dedicated to open up the offense, while dramatically improving the OL, and strengthening the D.
Giants have #108 and #139 left in the 4th and 5th rounds. I’m not sure what’s left to pick from. We shall see.
