Notre Dame Game

Reality......DLo or no DLo we were not winning these games anyway. Just shocked as to how bad our shooting is. Some of s predicted a 9-9 season at best but 8-10 looks like a reality. Lots of issues with this team. Hope they can e solved.

Sadly, this is what the team looks like without an outside threat (Harrison for the misinformed).

Lavin has lost total control of this team. Completely embarassing. Lavin, staff and every player on this team have an immense amount of work to do this offseason or next year will no be much better.

Nobody should be surprised by this. I've said it repeatedly we won't win another game this year.

Our program is just not good. Period.. End of story. And the fighting and behavior of our players just shows how bad things are.

I would not be surprised if lavin reconsiders coaching after this debacle.
 
It's amazing that this team still doesn't know how to attack a zone. Crisp passes, reverse the ball and attack the gaps. It's like they never played any type of organized basketball before.
 
Pointer was wrong, but the other guy has just as bad. He started the thing, and showed he has a punk as well by taking off jersey walking off the court. Lets not make Notre Dame out to be choir boys. They were chippy all night

Phelps should never call a Notre Dame game. He should have just worn an ND jersey.

One would think that since they play against it every time out that they would improve against it. Maybe have a strategy to effectively attack one........nope.
 
if he was that good, he'd be going direct to the NBA.

Also, Lavin has to take some blame about the Poiner incident. Clearly, its Pointer's fault. But as soon as I saw that he was coming back on the court with the game out of reach, I knew there was trouble. He already had an incident this half, he's emotional player, and the game was getting embarssing. Plus, his family was in the stands. There was NO REASON to have him in the game for the last 3 minutes. Know your personnel Lav.

Seriously, that was years ago...definitely not now.

Relax, things are not quite that bad.

And some of you are calling for Coach Lavin to be fired?! Yikes.
