I was being sarcastic. But then any payments over the salary cap go back under the table, and we're pretty much where we were before.

I figured you weren't serious, but it's something they should look into. But give the death penalty (no exceptions) for under-the-table payments that result from exceeding the cap. Clean this shit up once and for all.I was being sarcastic.
I was thinking today we will need an NILologist to work for the staff soonHow long until an NIL hard cap is implemented?
Hopefully won't have to be like Billy Beane.I was thinking today we will need an NILologist to work for the staff soon
I think a Syracuse booster was trying to set the market, but I could be wrong on that.Question I have is how much is your average McDonald All American worth.? How much per season ?
1 name; Warren BuffettThey have a very strong fanbase. The players are kings of the school and were rewarded as such.
a hell of a lot of big macsQuestion I have is how much is your average McDonald All American worth.? How much per season ?
Great point! I can see something like that happening. But first it has to get out of hand. We are a society of reaction not planning. How long until an NIL hard cap is implemented?
Too late to go back now.Perhaps it would be better to just sanction paying each division one player $75k a year on top of their scholarship? Make everyone even as far as pay and no NIL?
then we'll just go back to bag dropping as before...i still don't believe players make what's even published, but atleast the attempt* of transparency is there...Perhaps it would be better to just sanction paying each division one player $75k a year on top of their scholarship? this is interesting- would love to see the formula - how they calculate a player's marketability etc...
This website lists the NIL value of each player on the transfer portal
I can't imaging putting a NIL amount on someone's potential. I would think Hunter Dickinson (7'1" center) ranked #1 with skills, is a valuable commodity but NIL Value is only $175K. On the other side of that Caleb Love who is #2 on the list is at $739K. Could be that's what they've received thus far?this is interesting- would love to see the formula - how they calculate a player's marketability etc...
If anyone from our Storm Marketing contingent would like to break it down a bit - would be insightful.I can't imaging putting a NIL amount on someone's potential.
