There has to be a way Felix can sue for the year back that Lavin screwed him over that game. Insanity defense maybe ? I'm really starting to like this kid more and more
 
They need to attack the Niagara press. They are way worse than us and should be down by at least fifteen.
 
Yep. Ugly half. Niagra is a bad team. I'd be okay if the game was this close against a bad team that was playing great but this is a bad team that's playing bad and it's still this close. They're shooting 27% and have 10 turnovers. The early fouls on Sima and Yakwe didn't help but still no excuse. Be nice to see us get the ball down to Sima and play inside out instead of passing around and taking long jumpers with the shot clock running down.
 
Love how Yakwe went for the block and purposely knocking it up high trying to create the fast break instead of knocking the ball out of bounds. Sima does that also

Definitely. Obekpa would have thrown that into the 3rd row. Also Yakwe was still elevating when he blocked that. Athlete!

There were many ridiculous acts and omissions by Lavin over the course of the past three seasons because truth be told I had no complaints the first two years, but the shafting that Felix got was inexcusable. Unfortunately allowing Jamal branch to play the second half of sophomore year , which is never discussed , is also very high on the list. Had Jamal sat out those 20 games we would be a much different team this season and he would have experienced a better collegiate career. Everyone lost out.
 
Seriously, this would be ugly if it was a junior high game. We have played ridiculously bad. How's the high lobs working out? Stupidest play in basketball.
