This topic shouldn't only be about issues with Lavin and the team's progression.
It should be WHO would replace Lavin. Who, realistically speaking, can come in here and give us a better team the next few years?
If it's anyone but a big name it won't work. I'm talking Smart, Mullin, etc. big.
You can't have a mid-major coach, who has been recruiting mid-major talent, come in and fill up a vacant roster. It would be a total disaster and we'd risk becoming irrelevant for another 5-10 years.
