Affected his elevation and conversely the shot.
i don't disagree with the call at all, it is heartbreaking regardless
gotta force them to earn it there by making a shot. bailing them out, i wouldnt be able to stomach that

Refs in Creighton game shou;d never get another NCAA game. Creigton was mugged all game long and they call a ticky-tack foul at end?
with that said, terribly coached game by McDermott…SD State had ZERO answer for Kalkbrenner and they continued to take bombs 2-17 from 3. Also, his team is slow and SD State offense stinks - go to a zone.
Alexander and Kaluma are good when the going is good - not crunch time shooters.

McDermott has no one to blame but himself and his team. SDSU couldn’t throw the ball in the ocean for 30+ minutes.
Creighton blew that one themselves. The hook and hold by kalk was brutally obvious. He also missed two chippies and creighton got beat to a few 50/50 balls
Yep. We could argue whether that last foul should have been called or not, but Creighton lost that game before then.

Hahah there was at least once I remember creighton on the ground coming away with the ball. But yes, in a wrestling match I would take SDST every time. And this was one of thoseIt’s Sunday and you’re being nice.. . they got beat to EVERY 50-50 ball

I think FAU could easily win two more games. Obviously UConn would be a big task, but they don't look out of place at all.
never said it wasn't a foul. I just think if that was an ACC or Big 10 team it wouldn't have been called.
