St John's (on a good day) could do as well as Creighton against Gonzaga.
I think we would have done better!

Let's see: Creighton finished higher in the league, beat us twice, went to BET final as opposed to being eliminated in quarterfinal, made it to the Sweet 16 and we would have done better. OK

I see the humor gene is lacking with you. /media/kunena/emoticons/whistling.png

Actually most people think I'm a real card. /media/kunena/emoticons/grin.png

Could have fooled me. From what deck? A Tarot deck?  /media/kunena/emoticons/grin.png

USC or Oregon will have a tough time against Gonzaga. Looks like they're a Final 4 team.
Yeah, one of the best collegiate basketball teams in the last 20-30 years looks like a Final 4 team.  Who woulda thunk?!

Are you sure you don't live in Colorado rather than Arkansas?

Yes Tony, I am the Devil card. /media/kunena/emoticons/wink.png/media/kunena/emoticons/smile.png

I will say as great as Gonzaga is offensively, you can definitely score on them. Creighton getting a lot of open looks here

If Creighton can keep hitting their shots, they can win this game. Also wonder how Gonzaga will respond in a close game down the stretch? Not sure they've had many, if any, this season.

I think they were down double digits vs. BYU in the WCC championship, and trailed semi-late.

Well so much for my bracket. Needed Florida State in this one and thought they had a good shot going in. Boy was I wrong. At this point, just rooting for the Zags to go undefeated.

Mark Few is the best coach in basketball hands-down.  Nobody more consistent. They don’t have quite the size up front as in past years, but they’re always awe-inspiring playing team basketball.

Why Jones, a terrible foul shooter, had the ball in his hands late, twice, is mind boggling.  Bad decision by Alabama.  Wow.

Isaiah White of USC is 6’7” and plays like he’s 6’11”.  Love to see Traore and/or Stanley get to that level for us. Fwiw, he’s one of their shorter front court players.  USC very talented.

Just watching Figueroa now.
He is getting enough time but doesn't seem to be in the flow of his teammates.
He missed his first shot in and out; another was slightly blocked (or else he missed the entire stadium with it).
Two rebounds came his way but everyone likes to shoot on his Oregon team and tonight he just isn't looking confident on offense.  Oregon State is certainly giving USC a competitive game.
My first time watching either team. They both seem to really depend on strong inside players. Right now it's 25 USC 18 Oregon

I hope Cronin told his Team to foul up 3 with 4 and change left . To me , not challenging the ball was also a big mistake . The UCLA kids were poorly spaced and didn’t challenge the 3 by Reese . I thought the Tide would blow them out in OT but, it went the other way . It could have been a fatal Error by the Bruins .
