It makes it harder to grow a program when the respected voices on the airwaves show so little interest or knowledge of the program. I know NY is a pro town with a lot to talk about but still some serious and knowledgeable discussion on occasion might help. All we need is one or two top city kids a year to commit and being discussed in a positive way on a semi regular basis on WFAN would not hurt.
I too hope WFAN's core audience of white, middle-aged suburbanites can help steer more Gauchos, NJ Playaz and New Heights kids our way.
