Mike Repole Piece

Rick to Repole: “ To get everyone off my ass, could you tweet out your intention to come up w 7 figure NIL donation?”

Repole: “Could you spend my $ better than you did last year”

Thus beats decades of Ridgewood Savings Bank free toasters

And Repole previously said that he made formal committments to school on donation..perhaps to assist with the upgraded facilities plan that continues to get brought up but nothing formally announced.

Some perspective:
Last week, Trilly had us in the top tier of BE NIL money with UCONN, Marquette, Creighton, Georgetown and Villanova. (The latter two he also said was in the top 5 in the country).

On a spaces last night, it was said AJ Storr is getting 250k from Wisconsin

Adding a million to what we have now puts us and gets us......where and who ?

Huge, huge development if he's not full of horse shit.
Holy crap that's some serious ROI for Storr.

Notice the #7 digits hashtag.

Millions?
Repole along with a smallish group of other large donors financed the bulk of NIL this year.

I read Repoles post as saying he is all in next year on NIL.

He absolutely can be the x factor in us getting anyone rick wants. Unfortunately he might have to commit mid 7 figure #s.

Finally Repole appears to be putting two feet in and more than his big toe. Watch out if that happens.

For a not very successful program, we get a lot of publicity, some good, some bad, but more than we deserve lol
Now we actually need to do something before all the middle aged and old people who remember when we were the toast of the city for six weeks die off.

I would have thought $400,000. Kind of shows that the money really wasn't there when Rick first took the job.
