To the last minute no defense is being played. Just awful and depressing.
Well, 11 assists with 15 TOs certainly points to poor orchestration!
Ha! I was thinking Michigan will go on some sort of losing streak and make this loss look terrible, lol.
Tonight's showing sucked like donkey balls, but I'm not sweating anything at this juncture. We'll find out a lot more about our team in Charleston and, of course, once the Big East slate starts.

Frankly, I thought he turned the ball over too much versus Stony Brook, but protected the ball better overall in the second half last Tuesday.

They had 5 more makes them us, on 13 less shots. That'll do it every time.
What time did Lazarus leave ? Might have been hard to tell . He just Disappeared .

At this point I'm torn between:
A) We completely overrated this team and they're nothing more than a collection of good mid major level players.
B) We are a work in progress and will be a force to be reckoned with in a month ot two
C) Somewhere in between
Anyone who thinks they know the answer is fooling themselves. Only time will tell.

I haven’t looked forward to a game like this in a long time and I knew this would be the outcome no matter how much I lied to myself.
The scary thing is that our starters don’t have enough talent to press so I don’t see how they can become a tournament team unless Wilcher just goes nuts.
The look on Pitino’s face when he pressed the first time and McDaniel made the entire team look like they were moving in slow motion was troubling. He emphatically and demonstrably called off the press after that one play.
Wilcher has the talent. Taylor has the talent. And Alleyne. That’s it.
Dingle couldn’t cover Bill Raftery. Ledlum is somehow both too short and too slow. I’d rather let Luis play in a full body cast.
Jenkins doesn’t do anything to get shots for Dingle or Alleyne.

That was the problem with Lavin's teams. By the time they found it, they had dug too deep of a hole.
Actually, I am waiting to hear from the posters who listed all the reasons a “true” SJU fan was required to prove themselves by spending their time and $ on tonight’s game, er, debacle!
