@Marquette, Sat. Jan. 9, 2pm, YES(FSN) & 570 AM

Another positive, SH down 14 at home to well coached Creighton w 7 minutes left.

Well at least I am wrong again; playing great ball until Rodriguez goes off and the Hall goes south again.

They played well but just couldn't hit the shots that 2nd half stretch. Would have been nice to steal one. Oh Well. At least we covered the point spread

Tough loss. But looks like we turned the corner. Just a matter of time till we steal one. Feb schedule is favorable. Our youngsters will have more exp.

I believe that the covering of the spread automatically qualifies the game as a "moral victory"

I'm not going to rearrange my Saturday to watch this, and may not even DVR it. Give credit to you guys who aren't ticket holders hanging in watching any games on TV. This season was a throwaway with Sima, and now at times will be completely unmatchable without a legit big man.

Hoping you enjoyed your afternoon, as I totally enjoyed watching these kids play their hearts out, and almost pulling this one out.

Oh well. "Moral victory" better said by others.

No moral victory rather to me very positive growing pains; we played a damn good game. We would have been undermanned even if Sima played.

It could be a lot worse. We could have coach Willard.

October 16

Really? I enjoyed the hell out of that game.

So did I, just pointing the time we should have a competitive, deep squad. Don't take me too seriously. I have been at this far longer than you, so humor works for me through growing pain period.

Wilson hit two big threes and our guys could not match it. Great effort.

And we're more than one year away.

It takes a new staff four years to establish a strong program where bad games are infrequent.

I like what I saw with this team.
We'll win a couple before this season ends. :)
