The issue should be resolved but you may have a cache on your phone that is reading the old error. Essentially meaning that it is storing and reading it from your phone rather than over the Internet. Here is the official Apple support on how to refresh your cache:

That good. For some reason, it works and when I log in again it reverts back to the error message. Cleared it multiple times and even shut the phone down and restarted a few times..........Only hope is that it goes away

I just flipped the “block pop-ups” switch off and it seems to be working better now.

This happened to me for a few days. Didn’t try for a day or 2. And since it’s been fine.

Having the same problem on my cell- I successfully logged in this morning and now I'm back to a blank white screen with "is functioning normally" in small type at the upper left hand side of the page. Desktop and ipad is working fine.

I have the same thing going on with my iPhone (have to go to settings, then Safari and then clear history. It then works for a short time but then have to do it all over again.

I'm having the same problem on my phone...Ipad & Laptop work fine.

I am still having trouble with my iPad even after clearing history. Laptop works fine, thankfully.

I think I found a workaround. Clear the cache. Type in hot asian college chicks/ljsa

Then type in redfans

It just worked

I’m sorry this dragged out so long for some. I implemented a new fix this morning and I’ve been testing it. I believe this should resolve it for all now.
