The issue should be resolved but you may have a cache on your phone that is reading the old error. Essentially meaning that it is storing and reading it from your phone rather than over the Internet. I had to do it twice but generally working on iPhone now.Cleared cache and history and still having the problem on my phone. Computer is fine.

I have the same thing going on with my iPhone (have to go to settings, then Safari and then clear history. It then works for a short time but then have to do it all over again.Having the same problem on my cell- I successfully logged in this morning and now I'm back to a blank white screen with "is functioning normally" in small type at the upper left hand side of the page. Desktop and ipad is working fine.
