But can the Knicks get over the hump and get a bunch of games over .500, especially with a difficult part of the schelule coming up? And please play Quickly. I'm concered between Rose, Payton and Niklitina (sp?) he won't be able to get starter minutes, which I think he needs to develop.
The Knicks next 20 games or so is definitely a mixed bag... I wouldn't it call it "difficult" there's a lot of winnable games. Yes they play the Sixers twice, the nets, the bucks. They also play the pistons twice, the wizards twice, the Wolves again, the magic, the Thunder.Delaware" post=421946 said:

Fun game. They showed a lot of heart. Every game Randall just wows me but RJ played well other than those 2 missed fts Rose has more than a dollar in dimes. The bsck to bsck tomorrow even though it's the pistons will be a slog with the big guys getting so many minutes tonight. Frank contributing too. Tied for 4th. Yes a nice win but D Rose committed the dumbest foul in the history of basketball on any level. Up 4 with 2-3 seconds left Indiana player dribbling up court just about to reach midcourt by the sideline and Rose runs into him and he throws up a shot with tenths of a second remaining. Now they called it a nonshooting foul but it was a dangerous situation if they had called it a shooting foul and he made the half court shot. No reason to be playing any defense there let alone what looked like intentionally fouling him. As it was he made first and intentionally missed second and they back tapped ball but time ran out before they could attempt a potential game tying 3 or should I say game winning 4 point play because Rose probably would have fouled that guy too. I like Rose but he has some serious splaining to do.

Great season so far by the Knicks and a great coaching job. Randle is an All Star, there is some young talent and Rose was a. nice pickup but overall the roster doesn't look like a playoff team. Hoping they can continue what they are doing. It's been enjoyable watching them play.
Knicks now one game above .500; man, does it feel good to type those words! With Spurs on the road and Pistons at home this week, excellent chance to hit All Star Break still above .500.
Best part for me is they are scheduled to be on national tv 12 times in second half as opposed to around 3 before break. Add in the two games gainst Hornets and this lifelong Knick fan will get to watch them 14 times in second half. Generally love it in NC but three things I really miss about living in central Jersey are the excellent restaurants (especially Thai & Italian), proximity to the ocean and being able to watch the Knicks on MSG.

agreed on all counts. But for the first time in a long time, there's a core of young players to be legit excited about here. It's awesome. Two first round picks this year.
