Kentucky game thread

I hate to state the obvious but the loss of Pelle (6' 10) and Sampson (6'8') has really slowed the developement of the program
 
 Not knocking the recruiting but it is neglectful that the staff did not get us a big body A decent 6-10 guy would have been a big help tonite to shoot Harrisson has not come close no excuse for that. He runs around like he is afraid

Think is was mentally out of the 1st half Greene showing me more so far Hope it is not heading toward a 40 pt blowout If so a loss like this could kill us for the rest of the yr

Yeah those 6-10 guys just grow on trees.
 
The Kentucky kids are just as young as we are but, they have 2 top 10 McD kids who are bigger, stronger,etc.

That being said, I just hate the run down the clock offense that Lavin, Dunlap use with this group.. We really have no real shooter on this team and that shows.. We have slashers but, not 1 team has feared our outside game and as a result, UK is letting us run that ineffective weave until time runs out with 5 1st half violations.. That's a 10 point swing since the trips were so empty.

with these athletes,I think playing faster not slowing down the game would be more effective..

2nd half coming up.

ye decent 6'10 guys are everywhere floating around for us to grab up.. right. GG would have been able to play a lot bigger if norvel was here, he isnt.

stop talking about what we dont have already guys, were a fantastic young team. but were gonna lose this game by 8-20 points no matter how amazing they play. it is what it is. let them grow, let them gain experience, and next year at this time well probably be around 8-0 or 7-1 or whatever, ranked and loving the progress these kids of made.

nurideen is down, ended in a fast break dunk

dunlap has the right idea, hes very smart. now be quiet.. you dont know the game as much as you think you do
 
How did it end up with us playing Kentucy in the BE -SeC challenge? Why aren't we playing a South Carolina?
 
 With the class we had coming in, they probably thought we would be better than this. The guys who didn't qualify didn't help, I guess. This game is going to get real ugly, real soon (and it isn't pretty right now). 

Question: Do we get to 50?
