I thought he got somewhat better towards the end of last season, but the truth is, he is probably now playing against the appropriate level of competition, for him.12 points, 14 rebounds for Omar Stanley in big Boise St win over ranked New Mexico
The Mountain West is a very good conference. San Diego St was a Final Four team last year and Utah St, Colorado St. and New Mexico are all ranked this year. He’s playing against high quality competition.I thought he got somewhat better towards the end of last season, but the truth is, he is probably now playing against the appropriate level of competition, for him.
Offensively yeah, he can play anywhere for anyone. But we’ve seen how little tolerance Pitino has for guys not willing to do the dirty work defensively and on the boards. That would have needed a big change/adjustmentI don’t know if Jones could fit into a Pitino system —certainly not alongside Jenkins — but Storr fits everywhere.
I think that kid is barely scratching the surface as scary as that sounds.
Yeah, but it's not the Big East from top to (nearly) bottom. The Mountain West is a very good conference. San Diego St was a Final Four team last year and Utah St, Colorado St. and New Mexico are all ranked this year. He’s playing against high quality competition.
It’s not the Big East but right now the Mountain West would get 5 bids if the season ended today.Yeah, but it's not the Big East from top to (nearly) bottom.
This year, IMO, the Big 12 and the Big East are the two best conferences, and whoever is third, is third by a lot.

He might be a kid you look to bring back. Sometimes kids just need a chance to get minutes to grow.12 points, 14 rebounds for Omar Stanley in big Boise St win over ranked New Mexico
A great one RIP
If he had 2 more years maybe more likely. Doubt he looks to move again so quick after having such success there. He might be a kid you look to bring back. Sometimes kids just need a chance to get minutes to grow.
What building?Just moved in to a new place in Stamford, CT. On the elevator and a guy gets on and I immediately recognize him. Matt Brust! Had a nice chat and seems like a great guy. Gave me some good info on the building. I’m hoping it’s a good omen!
