Homeland And All Things Maher
The Last Kingdom on Netflix ( just finished season 1 I think there are 4 ) is excellent. If you love Game of Thrones you will like this ( minus the dragons )
Great show. If anyone liked the series VIKINGS they will like this.
BTW a friend of a friend has been making Pizza runs every saturday to a couple top ranked Pizza places in certain areas. This week is Staten Island. I have a choice of either Deninos or Joe and Pats or both. I'm leaning towards Deninos their pie called " the garbage pie ". Anyone here have any preference from either place ?
went fir “ The Garbage Pie “ from Deninos . One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had
Nice...

Is it pepperoni, mushroom & meatball?
yeah plus some onions kind of in the cheese and sausage . Definitely top 5 for me too 3 in ny. Nats not huge pizza person but it was her second favorite ny slice

I'd have to skip the onions but looks solid.

My favorite NYC pizza has always been Totonno's in Coney Island. Coal oven, cheese on bottom, sauce splattered on top. Old school feel, and Cookie, the granddaughter of Totonno runs it and shes a real curmudgeon.

I haven’t had that one. I missed the first few weeks of their pizza runs but hopefully they haven’t hit it yet. Personally ill try anything but I like a lit of cheese. I’m still trying to find the perfect Sicilian slice on Long Island . Nothing compares to a Glen Cove pizza place when I was younger called delicious. Their Sicilian was best I ever had

My family and I are big fans of Umberto's in Smithtown for scilian. I know you're in Huntington but the Umberto's in Huntington has fallen way off over the years (different owners).

Btw a mjmaherjr guarantee. Watch Caliphate on Netflix. Not as good as homeland or Fauda but very good. About ISIS is Syria trying to plan an attack in Sweden. 1 season 8 episodes

You can't go wrong with either one but the best is the clam pie from Lee's Tavern right around the corner from me. They opened up their side window where you can pick up the pie. Just call in advance or be prepared to wait upwards of an hour.

Watched that Tiger King thing on netflix and pretty much it's like eating doritos . You know it's not good for you but you do it anyway. And damn those are some crazy people on that documentary
Good call on Fauda. Even the acting has picked up as the seasons have gone on.
Thx ! If you like law or murder mystery type shows watch on appletv " Defending Jacob ". We binged 6 episodes in one night till 3:30 in the morning. 2 more episodes in the season starting friday I think. It's with that Captain America guy as an assistant district attorney
Defending Jacob was good. Wondering if they make another season out of it. Still have questions... and not the same kind of questions my kids had as they walked in one by one each asking the same separately 'which marvel movie is this?'

As I mentioned week or 2 ago we've now been binging Last Kingdom and it's awesome. Utred the main character is basically a Jon Snow who is wittier

Fauda was absolutely terrific. It was fast moving, and the tension was edge of your seat good.

I hope they make another season. I like those types lf shows. I will try Caliphate next.

Thanks. I don't think anything will apprpach Fauda. That show ruined it for the others. The other Netflix recommendations don't measure up.

Cool. I just finished watching the second and final season of Counterpart. Starz series about secret agency that travels between parallel worlds, stars J.K. Simmons. Enjoyed it.
