Harvard, Sat., Nov. 30, 5p, Peacock

I missed a lot of the posts this week. If it's ok for someone to post what did Smith do and when did all of this start.
Not confirmed but speculation that he refused to go back in the game after getting pulled against Georgia. May have been some disrespectful words towards coaching staff as well

I've really been looking hard at what folks see in Dunlap. This kid, thus far, has shown nothing to me that warrants his type of minutes.
He had some big moments in key games last season in February.

No one really knows for sure
Upset when coach substituted for him in Ga game. Said something. Coach refused to play him again. Allegedly took Uber rather than team bus at jfk. Allegedly missed team meeting that nite. No one knows for sure. His body language on bench tonite not good from tv anyway. Ugh.

That's worse than I thought. Ugh is right.

In transfer era, it is always a crap shoot re developing team chemistry as Pitino has noted often. It really requires thought to select guys in short window with best prognosis for team play and compatibility with teammates. No matter the stars and numbers next to a kid’s name, it is all about the whole v the parts. We’ll see soon enough if our ingredients equates to a successful “meal” 🤞

Tough for me to tell from my laptop but if Smith in 2nd half was 2nd closest to coaches on bench I saw him cheering a lot after made baskets. Maybe it was someone else but whoever was 2nd closest was up clapping after baskets from what I could see

Uninspiring but not surprising. Week off after playing 3 high majors in a row to return as 25 point favorites in a quiet, studentless Carnesecca. Got out to a big lead early to the point where Pitino had his bottom 5 players on the floor minus Lefty before the U12 in the 1st half. Lead never expanded but Harvard also never got close enough to make it a real scare.
