Hope Chicago Days gets his wish and MH is cleared on his daughter's upcoming birthday. Would not want to be left hoping it comes as a treat rather than trick on Halloween.
Ha yes, NCJ. Maybe tomorrow?!!?
If not on 10/10, hopefully by mid-October.
Hopefully before our first game
Days - another Chicago thing in common, my daughter's birthday is also tomorrow 10/10. In fact she was born on 10/10/10. The stars are too much in alignment for this to not happen tomorrow at this point.
Wow, awesome birthday dates.
Great Windy City! With you on board, it's gotta be tomorrow!

Anyone in your family have a December Birthday?;)
Bit odd how long this is taking...if the news really did leak early that he got cleared with Ponds posting it on Instagram, wouldn't it only be days after when it would become official? Usually if something leaks early, the official announcement is imminent i.e. within days not weeks or months. Some people including myself are considering season tickets contingent on him being eligible. Just seems like we are in slow motion here with hiring an AD (thank god that worked out very well in the end), waiting for waiver announcement, and even waiting to hear who the performer will be for midnight madness just days before it begins. Not being negative here, just making an observation and even the most patient of us must be getting nervous.
Heron waiting for me to get back from vacation. Announcement next monday

Paultz you beat me to it! I was about to post how I'm pretty sure Heron dunked on Keita in practice. Oh my, that is a stud. Simon and Heron cause havoc with their height at their positions.

A taste of Heron over Keita at end of clip :)

Look at the look on his face as he sits on the floor afterwards. A "stone cold killer's look".
I saw that 'look' as well.
Oh man, what a 'get' if we can get him.
Oh the 'Saints' will be pleased!
(OT: Which brings to mind, how about 'The Red Saints'! I know, i know. Just having some fun.)

Yeah, but what does that say about Keita?

Yeah, but what does that say about Keita?
Good point, red. It could also mean that Heron is 'that' good & powerful, despite Keita being a fast & mobile big man.
Glass half-full observation.

Well, anyone who's read any of my posts knows which category I fall under. :(

Yeah and Shamorie and our guys did that to Duke and Nova’s bigs last year. It happens a ton when a big and talented guard gets past his man, one on one. Hopefully Keita doesn’t get caught on the outside in games that much against an all league guard. No biggie at all. We are gonna be filthy this year...

Agree with that assessment so long as the guy shown dunking can play this year.

I suspect it’s just a matter of time. It was mentioned that the rest was a formality. I’ll stay optimistic here...

You play at level you get dunked on occasionally. Part of the game.

No doubt ... but it's still a big area of concern until proven otherwise.

one practice dunk is irrelevant....

what is more important is that at least Richmond was present in the video clip

I give it more to Mustapha’s ability than Keita’s lapses.
Heron is a game changer—like Ponds, like Simon, and hopefully like Figgy will be.
I agree with MCNPA and NCJohnnie.
I think—with Heron—“we’ll be filthy this year.”
