Georgetown (MSG), Tue., Jan. 14 , 7:30p, PEACOCK

I expect this to be a close one, especially with Smith out

I have been often disappointed with Wilcher this year, but he did hit one of the biggest shots of the season so far IMO, when he nailed a midrange late against Nova with us clinging to a one point lead. I am really hoping he can build on that and play a good game tonight. Stage is set for him and he has the talent to deliver, just needs to do it.

Georgetown is decent, Epps is back for them but doesn't seem to be 100%. Should be a good game.

I am hoping we look back at this in the future as the Richmond game.

With no Smith, it puts the rock in his hands like the Seton Hall days, that's where he proved to be an All-American. Now with Zuby and RJ and Sim to help out but allowing him to set the pace and tone, could be the big one we've been waiting for. Steve Masiello praised Kadary for not being selfish or ego driven, but this might be the game where he "goes back to the old him."

Should be a fun one.
In order for it to work for him like it did in the seton Hall days, the lane needs to be a little more open. To me his biggest issue is that Zuby clogs the lane off the high pick and roll. Richmond is used to having a clear path to the hoop. Seton Hall kind of spread the floor nicely letting operate in the paint.

I'll take it. I love what Richmond brings already. Any take by him is a good play in my book.

I agree. I'm kinda nervous about this one. Classic trap for us coming off a big game at a rocking Garden where tonight won't have the same energy. Georgetown coming off a couple losses but their season is still very much alive so they should be amped up.

Mainly worried about Georgetown's ability to defend around the rim, specifically Sorber who is not too far below Kalkbrenner in terms of rim protection and we saw how much trouble we had on offense in that game.

Hope your surgery was successful and you heal quickly (and the Johnnies make you feel better with a win of course).
Thank you very much NCJohnnie. It was pretty invasive and required two surgeons and took about 3 hours. It was successful, according to the Doctors but I will be recouping for about 7 weeks. Now I will be able to watch most of the next 7 week's games which will make my recuperation a bit easier (I hope!🤞). I just need to be careful not to get too excited and jump up and down or it will really hurt!

Their centers last year were more locked in the paint than Zuby is

Lotta unsold seats for this game in the 100s on TM...

Can someone esssplain me.... is the School in control of the ticket prices? can they lower it by the Game if they wanted to? we have tickets being sold for 120/172 Face value for the 10 sideline sections... when on Secondary market they are going for 35-70$.... no ones gonna buy them direct.

looks like they did discount the baseline sections to 53$ face...

Want to see a 23pnt & 6 dimes.

RJ dominated on Saturday night.
Why not Kadary tonight?
