Georgetown- Game 2

One key to this game versus the first Georgetown game is that we will come into this game well rested. Last time we were on our 4th game in 10 days while they had a week off.

Great point. Our schedule the last time around was absurd. We had played twice (Wednesday/Saturday) since Georgtown last had (Tuesday).

I'm glad we have some time to rest this time, but inexplicably so do they again. Haven't played since Saturday. Some very odd scheduling from the conference down the stretch here.

My guess is that the attendance will be 14,755.

I don't know how anyone could expect a sell out for close to it. I've been going to Garden games since the early 00's and can remember very few if any that were even close to a sell out. We aren't even a ranked team and the common NY basketball fans are not all in on the bandwagon at this time.

Agreed. Think there is a bit more buzz around this one (us going for 20, senior day, Georgetown), but we are probably looking at 66-75% filled. Lower bowl packed, heavy action in the boxes, upper level pretty full both sides baseline to baseline, but not a lot of action upper level behind the baskets. That seems to be the trend besides Duke/Cuse.

@NYPost_Brazille: Steve Lavin said Chris Obekpa closer to 100 percent than D'Angelo Harrison, "who is still struggling with his injuries." #sjubb

Hopefully he's resting up this week. We'll need him playing well to win Saturday.

Even the Pitt game wasn't completely sold out. And we were ranked then and had about as much momentum as we'll ever have.

you are right. the pitt game was around 14k so i think this weekend it will be around 12 to 13k. I hope I am wrong and it is higher.

I hope we are loud!
Anyone that we are recruiting expected?

I'll be there as I always am, section 8. It's funny how some of us probably pass eachother by during games at Carnessca/MSG not even knowing that it could be a fellow poster.
