Fordham game

Just what I was thinking. He already has shown more of his potential in the last two minutes than he has all season. Very good to see him driving to the basket the last few times down the court.
 
It was suggested that he may redshirt as he wasn't getting PT. That rumor can obviously be put to rest now.

Offensive rebounding at half was 11-0 Fordham not sure what stats are now.

Overall very impressive game all around for the johnnies. Bring on the cuse!
 
I love the reaction of the bench when Marco hit his 2 3's.....it seems like these guys really support each other.
 
Who is going to be the first poster to find something negative to say about this game? My guess is it will be Class of 72....and it will be like, "It's Lavins fault for not having us ready to play like this the first 6 games of the year"

Completely ridiculous and useless post on your part. The team is playing great today, wonderful so let's just enjoy it. I have no clue why we are playing so well , and who really cares, but I will be the first to attribute it to the coaching staff.
Everyone says the execution is great I accept and applaud the staff for turning things around.

This is his last year of eligibility, He already used his redshirt year.
 
Hooper got some PT in the first half. I guess since this was had been a rout in the SH, Lavin wanted bourgault to get some work.

As I type this hooper checks in.

On a separate note Bourgault deserves more time next game. He's had a rough career in terms if what was expected from him and it's great to see him hitting some shots.
We are going to hit 100!!!!

My comment was more about the fact of defensive rebounding as compared to their great offensive rebounding. With the size we have it shouldn't happen. I think it's due to the fact the bigs are going for blocks on most possessions.
 
There was a lot of talk this last week about Jon Severe and why Lavin didn't recruit him harder. I think his 1-17 shooting today is the reason why..

Wow. This is insane. A very pleasant surprise to see a monster blowout.
